At my new school. Put in a work order and my CT did not even know what it was!?!? She called the main Tech Dept and they were no help at all

technically apple tv is not intended for an enterprise environment. My school wireless did support it then then changed something and it would not work. and then they changed something and it did again...

It was a tricky thing took 3 months and not sure what they changed.
