Thank you :-) The rest of the costume (as in, the dress...) will follow by mid-January/End of February, when I've saved up for the fabrics.

And I'm SO looking forward to it because opposed to the 'large' Naboo queens, it's going to be SO comfortable. That headdress is so light, I could almost forget it's on my head.

You do such fantastic work! (Is there much of a market for costumes there? It seems like it could be a good source of extra income.)

Searra: Well there IS a market, but it's small. It took me a month (with breaks) to create the headdress; without breaks it would take two weeks. For a headdress like that I'd have to charge $1000 at least, so

the market is really small. I do have orders occasionally though; but they're mostly for "fabric costumes", not for headdresses. For example I have to make a screen accurate Darth Maul costume until July - that

costume will take up approximately 15 yards of fabric, takes me two weeks to make (...with breaks....) and I'll get $900 for it (and have to pay for the fabrics from that money, too).

So yeah, a market is there, but it's small and orders are rare.
