some say 4 months old, some say 6 months old. So I gave my baby solid food when he was 5 months old.

Based on whether the baby meets several conditions

1. She is able to sit properly. 2. Showing the interest in food 3. Around 6 months old (their digestive system is more maturely developed)

thanks for the advice.. maybe i would try in month of fifth then. She cannot sit properly now..she is only 2.5 months!

i think most people said "sit with support" rather than "sit properly"?
