[KR/ouran] y'know, I haven't seen the ouran live action yet, but watching kabuto... I can REALLY get why they cast yamayuu as tamaki even though he doesn't look the part at all.
he's a hilarious failboat bocchama who is fascinated by commoner culture but is completely FAIL at it.
really, I think the casting people must've just seen his performance in kabuto and gone "...yep."
man I really need to see the drama version of that /looks at the full cast list
alata is a giant ball of fluff when he wants to be, that is seriously perfect.
and gekiblue as one of the twins... what is this, a toku reunion
and daito shunsuke again, I swear that guy has been in like half the dramas I've ever seen.
wow I did not realize the cast was this epic, clearly I need to add this to my "to watch" list
though mostly I'll be watching it for tamaki because lol
and for hunny, because alata was the one who was good enough to keep me watching in goseiger's cast full of blandness
(actually there were others but suit actors don't count)
(they get to be awesome automatically)
plz watch this and tell me how it is
I need an opinion from someone who didn't irrationally hate Yamayuu
which is like literally everyone else I know who saw it
in my case I am more inclined to be extremely biased in favor of him
this is why I desire your opinion
also I was wondering how the hell they were going to pull off hunny but that is seriously the best casting for him ever
...wait Alata is the main character from Goseiger?
hunny is goseired and goseired is a GIANT BALL OF FLUFF 75% of the time
...that does indeed work well doesn't it.
he is very adorable and fluffy.
indeed he is. for 75% of the time anyway. the other remaining 25% of the time he's a total badass.
but that's not relevant to hunny, so.
and yes I know it's hard to picture that ball of fluff as a badass, but I swear he pulls it off.
