I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She turned my hair into a terrible mess when the picture was pretty solid as to what I wanted.

So, I ended up coming home after bawling in the parkling lot and called the place back to talk to Jaimee... she felt so bad but it wasn't even her fault. She said she'd fix it. But I have such a hard time

saying when things are wrong. Like, when Ginny asked if it was okay... I should've said no but I couldn't say it. And I think it made me sad that I couldn't even say anything. But really.. should I have?

I mean, if she couldn't cut it right in the first place.. why would I say it wasn't right so she could ruin it worse by attempting to fix it? I said uuuhhh when she said does it look good?

And she started to "fix" it. Which was just her patting down my hair and smoothing it down.

That's it.

And so the owner of the hair salon just called... She wanted me to answer a few questions and I explained everything to her and she acted like Ginny has done this before.. and the owner was not happy at all.

I guess Jaimee told Tia (the owner) that I cried about my hair and Tia was not pleased. She said that Jaimee will fix it up for me and I will "Leave her store completely satisfied." She guarantees it.

That makes me feel much better knowing that some places in the world still hold some respect for their customers/clients.

so sorry about the messed up hair cut... but yay for getting it fixed. And it's good that you told them about it, because if that Ginny messes things up more often, the owner might not want her to work

for her any more - she's ruining the good name of the place

but you're paying money to get the haircut you ask for... my aunt is a hairdresser and I learned from her that they want to know if their employees mess something up. And sometimes customers bring pictures that

won't work with their hair - but then you tell them before you start to cut and try to find a solution

picture, she kept it out and looked at it to make sure she got it the way I wanted it.

Well your aunt is an amazing hairdresser then who actually cares about her clients. Being honest and saying if it doesn't work is awesome. jaimee does that and she'll suggest other things that will work more.

well, my aunt wants to keep her customers, so being honest is the best way to approach this

and not everyone has the same hair or facial shape so not every cut will work for everyone
