I think I feel relief after the 2 seminars! On Tues, I ate spicy chicken set at Just Acia.

Then ate mussels at Fish & Co with the Mermaid Freeze!

I ate TWO portions for dinner. Yesterday I ate 2 portions of Dinner too!

you ate 2 portion of dinner? whew....

whew!

Yeah! I so amazed by my appetite too! haha

BTW, HAri and Pao. I have lost 1 KG so far. Our goal are the same yeah. hehe

We are on a healthy competition to reach the SAME Weight!
