We make iced tea at work quite a bit. A co-worker brought in a half-used box of "Lipton Iced Tea Blend" that his grandma unloaded on him.

that when we began to go through my MIL's cabinets and drawers as we were moving in two months ago, we found food around the same era as
your tea there, and we found old prescription bottles, too. The oldest (still w/ medicine in it) was from 1984.
