I don't think its scarier than the vast majority of people texting and driving

the computer probably has a much lower mistake rate than people do

I was thinking less about accidents/errors and more about privacy, security, etc

if you've got a smart phone with GPS I am pretty sure you can already be tracked, so that would be the least of my worries. I'll make

sure that I take my horse along the next time I do a bank heist.

I wonder if the fact that these cars are unlikely to speed would keep people from using them?
