Under what circumstances does one tell a secret?
There's no one circumstance, but the risk of imminent harm (emotional, physical, financial) is usually a compelling factor.
What if someone just really wants to know something? Like, really, really bad?
Do they NEED to know? What will they do with the info? And is it someone else's secret?
