I would say likely not, since they get fur that doesnt carry back... fur instead of hair...

and I would also think that being a werewolf would make someone hairier in general and maybe cure it.

Well, if it's a case of hypertrichosis (Jo-Jo the Dog Faced Boy) - yes, male pattern baldness does affect the fur.

For supernatural werewolves ... don't think so.
