AND MY FEELS and wow, for a Pixar movie it was actually quite damn scary during few scenes, which only scores more points in my book though,
and I just totally loved it. THE PERFECTNESS OF THE ANIMATION KILLS ME, honestly, most of the movie I just stared at Merida's hair and
her EXPRESSIONS, the expressions were so realistic and natural, I even can't! Aah I can't wait until it comes out as a DVD, I think I'll
actually enjoy it even more then, because honestly? I love seeing movies in theaters, nothing can really beat it, but I just can't. stand.
3D. I really can't, it's not just the fact that 3D glasses are a pain in the ass over glasses, or that there's probably something wrong with
my eyes or something 'cause I never really see the 3D in the 3D, everything seems normal to me except some very random and occasional 3D
experiences. What bugs me about it the most, is that 3D, or the glasses more likely, dull the colors so much. Every time I have to go see
a 3D movie I spent lots of time peeking under the 3D glasses and crying internally because the colors are so much vivid and beautiful
without the glasses. That's why I usually go see the 2D versions, but they're not showing 2D Brave, except a dubbed version and no way in
hell I'm going to see Brave dubbed in Finnish. But, oh well, the movie was still awesome and the Pixar short film was also SO PRECIOUS.
Pixar, I love you so much. /also end of 3D angst rant
AWW YAY YOU GOT TO SEE IT. I'm so glad you loved it.
I agree about 3d dulling colors btw.
accioharo: YES LIKE FINALLY, but honestly it was worth the wait : DD! Now I can take the movie related tags off from tumblr saviour and
start searching for all the lovely Brave posts yay! AND YEAH, I'll start appreciating 3D when they can achieve it without killing the
colors, colors are really really important especially in animated movies!
I HAVE POSTED MUCH BRAVE, SO DO ENJOY DIGGING.
they are. 3d doesn't give me a headache like it does a lot of people, but I do not like how it diminishes the colors.
accioharo: I SO WILL <3. Urgh I'm glad 3D doesn't give me a headache either, but I see how it could do that. So frustrating arrr.
