Cause Hush is claiming that Curio copied from her, and then like last year, there was other accusations, and since Curio didn't do anything

about it, cause she didn't know she was really supposed to, LL came and closed her down. So, Gala is trying to fight back this time, but it

taking forever, and Gala doesn't really have the money for it (hence that fundraiser last month)

There was a notecard about it in the Curio update group, last month

Basically, from what I have read about it/understand.. Hush copied Curio, but Hush.. being a smartask, got ahead of the game and filed

AGAINST Curio before Curio got to filing against Hush, and so due to the way the court system and DMCAs work, Gala has to fight in court and

prove the skins are hers and then her shop can be restored. Then she can file against Hush Skins and then.. Hush will be closed.
