Someone posted something which... didn't trigger me per say, but did give me flashbacks to something I saw which I can't get out of my head?
Basically, Internet-acquaintance wrote that she'd gotten a spider on herself and torn off some of her clothes in a panic.
And all I could think of was the one time when I saw someone do the totally stereotypical mental patient "there are bugs on my skin"
tear-all-her-clothes-off-in-the-middle-of-the-hallway-screaming thing.
At the time I had this feeling of sort of dim disbelief/horror, but I didn't know what to do. And now that feeling and the memory are
playing on loop in my head.
