How does your form work?

i have to make more of an effort to stop myself from saying "tae," "pke," "kke" "t*te" when I hear them say something stupid.

it's almost a reflex now.

i have to watch myself so i don't flash the bird. the fingers automatically curl at an unpleasant thought.

saying the name of one ex has become some sort of tic. it'll just come out.

i don't think it's really tourette's, of course

but sometimes i scare myself
