Aerosol oil - you can get a pump spray for normal oil too, it's a great way to cut down on how much you use

Uhmkay... I may be old fashioned, but I still use real butter or olive oil (I prefer Greek over Italian) to fry stuff.

Oh I have olive oil in my pump - buy it like normal and fill the bottle myself
