Same thing happened to Mon Geek. Came home from work one day complaining about a tummy ache. 16 hours later, his appendix was removed.

Oof... that happened to me in college! Though I waited till I couldn't stand it anymore thinking it was just cramps... then hit the ER.

me too. it hurts when I pee and i can't lift anything larger than 15 pounds for 3 weeks....and I have a 1 year old little girl.

I am glad I caught it when I did though...if I hadn't gone to the doctor it could have been much worse.

I had an uncle who died (long ago) from a ruptured appendix because he couldn't get to a hospital in time. It can be deadly.

I'm glad you caught it. I dread appendix problems, as my father and uncle both had very painful appendicitis before removal.

They both had high tolerance for pain, and my uncle kept blacking out from pain while trying to drive himself to the hospital. Do not want!
