Hah~actually I didn't consider to Penang ~ I suppose apply to High School Klang but no avail as PPD officer don't want apply...must wait..

We even ask pagawai daerah for support letter but oso not sign~ I done everything but only need sign,still he dun want...attitude bad

That time really frustrated..my aunt recommend me to penang. So I transfer here~ the efficiency of penang ppd is extremely faster
