I think I need you to be strict but not harsh.

i'm not intend to be harsh, i just misunderstand what you mean by 盡量 and i thought it would be better if we just say" ok"

and if there is any problem just explain clearly, well it's just my thought but i can't assume that everyone agrees my opinion( 我最糟的缺點)
