that has to be a really old and crappy laptop if it has troubles with 480p video (that my phone played with no problems 4yrs ago)
It's AMD E-450 laptop with Ubuntu which has crappy support for flash video :/
it's a shame how an E450 struggle with 480p being that it truly handles 1080p without breaking a sweat...
