what a low carb is....

had a friend who felt a double patty cheeseburger slathered in ranch dressing was ok for her diet because she didn't eat the bun

that said, I've known a lot of people who have had a lot of success on low carb diets when they did it right. good luck!

I have done it before and actually felt better...I prefer a more mixed diet but have very little control once I start on the rice and pasta.

same here... plus all the protein replacements I eat are just full of carbs. if only there was a private chef who would do all the shopping!
