Really, by carrying on paying the rent for it for no good reason, I am just trying to hold on to past alleged "glories".

what else would you budget the money for? Does that mean more to you than a symbolic plot for memory's sake?

Nobody ever goes to Caledon "Prime" anyway unless they overshoot the WA by a couple of sims.

hrm. How would you feel if Caledon were being shut down? Or if a Save Our Sim fundraiser were held to keep it going? That might answer the Q

i can't give up my caledon I plot, even though it gets no use from me and even less outside traffic.

Nuke it if you don't use it, unless it contains stuff there that others use and depend on.... Take lots of pictures before closing it.....
