goes in the ambulance with Feliks and the paramedics. It's a bit odd, seeing him so quiet and still. Luckily, there does not seem to be an
incredible amount of worry on the paramedics' parts. Always a good sign.
very small. Everything has gone blank. It hits him that he must be dead. And, all the response left in him is, "Oh". He isn't afraid.
But, then he hears sirens. Faintly, but certainly. He hardly remembers the second before his car splintered around a tree trunk. It's
incredible that he remembers anything. If he'd been human, the moment his skull impacted his brain would have been reduced to a functionless
slush. His neck would have broken, if he hadn't simply been decapitated when the glass came to meet him. But, he is not entirely human. And,
somehow he is still alive.
