way to Alfred's classroom with his heart pounding. Knocking quietly on the door, he opened it, keeping his gaze away- ...Mr Jones? Have
you seen my bag? -Shifts around-
-Quickly stuffs the notebooks back into Arthur's bag (that he'd flicked through, curious, but found nothing particularly interesting) along
with the phone that he may or may not have been inputting his number into under the most outrageous name he could think of.
Jerks his head up to look at him with a bit of an off grin, gesturing to the bag-
-Raises his eyebrows at that before flushing a bit, remembering their moment together- ...Thank you. -Quickly hurries to the bag, grabbing
it before he slung it over his shoulder- ...Bye. -With that, he quickly hurried out of the classroom-
He-- uhh... -Didn't even have time to say "Hi" or "Bye" or "Objection! Stay where you are". Letting his arm drop down to the pocket that
holds his own phone, he quickly entered Arthur's phone number into his phonebook under under King Arthur and sat there staring at it-
-Sighs a bit as he gets out of the classroom and he quickly hurries to his class, half an hour early. Shifts through his bag, making
certain he had everything though he frowned when it was obvious that someone looked through his notebook. ...O-Oh God...did Alfred...look
through his notebook...?-
-Makes the decision with a nod and begins composing a new message, figuring he's got nothing to lose if he was just a random anonymous
sender. Arthur looked like he needed some major cheering up anyway-
**Hi. You look beautiful today.**
-Screwing his eyes shut with a
sudden bout of nervousness, he pressed the send button and let himself flop back into his chair-
-Raises an eyebrow when he hears his phone and he pauses for a moment, swallowing- ...Who's that? -Checks it, raising an eyebrow when he
sees the anonymous sender. Checking the message, he stiffened slightly-
"Who is this?" -Feels his cheeks warm a bit. It was just a prank text-
-Springs out of relaxation mode, fumbling for his phone. That was a much faster reply than he'd expected. Puzzles over how to respond in a
way that wouldn't give himself away-
"Just your average ordinary obviously secret admirer." -Presses the phone to his forehead
and lets out a sigh, glad that he hadn't been ignored or deemed creepy yet-
-Frowning to himself, he hesitated. ...No one would admire him and in fact...if they did...it was a bit of a disappointment... He knew that
he didn't like anyone else except Alfred. And fuck...- "Is this Francis or Gilbert? If it is, then fuck off." -Not many other people knew
-A bit taken aback, giving a small incredulous laugh at the response. Somewhere deep inside feeling pleased that he'd just lost two members
of the competition on his mental map-
"Not telling! ... But, no."-Can't have Arthur against him right from the start-
-Was extremely confused...who else could have gotten his number?- "How did you even get my number?" -Maybe it was a random text and
someone was just playing with him without even knowing him-
-Presses his lips together to hide a smile at his (appropriate) suspicion. Well his actual way wasn't really... Trust inspiring so-
"I have my ways. ;D ...I've had it for a while." -He added, trying to throw him off his track-
-Raising his eyebrows at that, he hesitated- "Well, I'm very flattered but I prefer not to speak with strangers." -Admittedly, he was
curious and he wanted to know more but he knew that well...he would just get hurt in the end. He wasn't ready to accept another's
affection after suffering from that embarrassment with Alfred- Fuck...
-Huffs a bit at Arthur being obstinate even through a phone- "Hey, just text messaging should be okay, right? I promise I won't do anything
strange." -He practically broke an unwritten privacy law that Arthur had flying around him at all times getting
that number. As if he was going to let it go to waste-
-Hesitates at that, uncertain as he saw students come into the room. He had taken a seat at the back of the classroom for once. With
a small, somewhat secretive smile, he responded- "Fine, you win this round, love." -He hoped that he wasn't making a mistake here by placing
-Sighs in slight disappointment as his own classroom begins to fill. As much as he loved his students, texting Arthur made him feel
dizzyingly happy inside. Distractedly greeting everyone, he did his best to hide an excited smile as he read the message, mentally
flustering a bit at the endearment.- "Yes!" -Pauses for a moment to think before adding on- "As I was saying, you have a stunning smile,
Arthur. You should let the world see it more often." -He quickly sent the message before leaning forwards to hide his face in
his arms, ignoring the class as they file in, thumbing his phone into Silent mode blindly-
-Redden at the message, noticing the teacher coming in...hell... Soon responds back quietly, not minding as the bell rang and instead he hid
the phone behind the desk as he looked down at the screen- "You're a wanker but thank you." -With that message, he held the phone close to
his chest, still a bit red. His heart was pounding in embarrassment and he could only wish that it was his teacher sending those messages-
-Does his best to get lost in the fun of teaching like he usually does, but can't stop thinking about the phone in his bag blinking the red
light alert of a new message. After shifting about for fifteen minutes and just being a generally unproductive teacher, he pointed his class
towards the exercises on page 394 and used the photocopier as an excuse to run out with his phone and a copy of the Periodic Table. Can't
help but laugh lightly at his reply- "Are you blushing yet? You're adorable when you blush." -Smiling at the thought, he took his
sweet time getting to the photocopy room-
-Had placed his phone on vibrate and pauses for a moment when he felt it vibrate, quietly pulling it out as the teacher lectured the class.
His cheeks were a bit red but like hell he was ever going to admit it.- "You wish. I don't fluster easily." -Though he knew that was a
complete lie. Smiling a bit to himself, he closed the phone again, barely being able to pay attention to the class itself. He really
shouldn't be texting in class but he couldn't help himself-
-Narrowly avoids bursting out laughing in the corridors. "Don't fluster easily"? Hilarious- "As if! That's such a bad lie, Artie." -Knows
full well that he blushes all over the place - and it really was adorable when he did. Sending off the message, he placed the
phone off to the side and leisurely photocopied one page at a time, all the time continuously glancing at his phone-
-Frowns at that. How the hell did this person know?- "It's not Artie. It's Arthur." -If anything, only Alfred ever called him Artie and he
didn't want someone else to call him by that, no matter how much he loathed the name- "And I'm not lying. I have too much dignity to
fluster near anyone." -With a huff, he watched as the teacher finally ended his lecture and assigned them work-
-Realises that he may have accidentally given something away and hurriedly attempts to correct his mistake-
"Of course, Arrrthur. If you say so." -Fights against the urge to continue on the subject of Arthur flustering... and fails badly-
"It's not like seen you flush at the smallest things or anything." -Sends off the reply with a smile before glancing at his watch and
noticing that the period's almost done. Quickly grabbing his overly large stack of sheets, he shoves his
phone deep into his back-pocket and races back to class-
-He was quick to finish the classwork and he soon he quickly grabbed his phone again, curious and needing to check the next message. Oddly
enough, he was actually starting to anticipate the message. With a small smile though an indignant huff, he quickly typed back his reply-
"Rubbish. Complete rubbish. I never did any such thing in front of anyone." -Soon enough the bell rang and he stood up, knowing he had
Biology next. He sent another message- "What class do you have next?" -He hoped that he would be told...it would at least narrow down the
possibilities. With that, he packed up his things and went into Biology, dreading the encounter. He would have to be quick and go to the
-Just made it back into the classroom before the bell rang to find everyone practically gone anyway. Wincing slightly at the
unprofessional-ism of it all, he flopped back into his chair-- and then sprang up again as soon as he felt the phone vibrate. Fully aware of
how little time he had before we'd have to get real crafty, he typed the message in record time- "Whatever you say, Arthur. And I've got
some kind of Science. I know what you're up to, Art, but I'm not in the same age year as you." -Pleased with his half-truth, he internally
debated for a few moments before changing the first "Arthur" into "dear" and sending it before he could chicken out-
-Pauses for a moment. A sciences? Well...they didn't have to be the same age year because after all, he had been placed in advanced
classes. Pauses for a moment before stepping inside the classroom, quickly taking a sneaking glance over at Alfred before reddening a bit.
With that, he quickly took a seat, grabbing his phone quietly- "Is that so? Well I find it hardly fair that you know who I am but I don't
with you." -With a slight smile, he placed his phone away, watching as the other kids started to come into class again-
(( I am tempted to come in and spot these two texting each other and smirk. ))
(( WELL YOU COULD but you'd have to swap some bribery in exchange because we lack it <u< ))
(( B'D and then shall I ask Francis to send you two sex toys~? /shotdeadshot ))
(( LOL SOB come on give Alfred reasons to leave the classroom so he can text lolol ))
-Startles and looks up at Arthur from his phone screen, surprised that he'd arrive so soon. Makes a move to reach out and grab
his arm, surreptitiously hiding the one holding the phone under the desk as he
does so. Half expecting (but hoping otherwise) that Arthur would shrug him off-
-Stiffening at that, Arthur felt his breath hitched as his arm was grabbed. Oh God...was the other going to be disgusted with him for
kissing him before? He mustn't have been able to deal even looking at him. He kept his gaze away- ...I think it's hardly necessary to grab
me, Mr Jones. -He kept his voice distant though his eyes were showing nervousness and fear. - What is it? -He wanted to go and forget about
Alfred right now. Forget that he did anything and why was he holding onto him?-
-Lets out a breathe of relief as he wasn't rejected and half-rises out of the seat to speak a little more privately- Hey... Artie, I think
you have the wrong idea about yesterday. I didn't mean to freeze, I-- -Cuts himself off as other entering students pass within earshot-
I actually-- -Tsks under his breath when the classroom becomes too crowded for him to continue. Lets go of Arthur for the time being-
I'll... Talk to you after class. -Attempts one last time to catch Arthur's eye-
-Freezes up at the mention of yesterday and with the slight flinch, it's obvious that he was scared- ...Yesterday doesn't matter. I
apologise. -He said distantly before quickly pulling his hand away and heading to the back of the classroom, just rather nervous about
everything. He couldn't see him after class. He really, really couldn't. Instead he gripped his phone just a bit tighter. If only it
could be Alfred saying those sweet words.-
-Feels somewhat hurt as Arthur says their kiss didn't matter. Wants nothing more than to jump forward, forcibly make Arthur look at him and
ask 'what's that supposed to mean' but, considering the circumstances, all he could do was haltingly collapse back into his chair and watch
Arthur get swallowed up by the crowd of classmates. Glancing down at his phone in hand, he quickly typed in a message
before calling the class to order- "Hey, Arthur. In all seriousness, I... Really do like you."
-Honestly, yesterday matter a lot to Arthur but like hell he was going to admit that. He knew that Alfred probably disliked him by now so
he was just trying to ease the other at least. Or make it seem like...ah fuck it... He heard the bell ring again and he glanced up at the
front of the class, not really paying attention to what he was saying. Not when he felt his phone vibrate again. Quietly flipping the
phone open again, he paused before typing in a message back.- "Why? I find it hard to believe you." -Despite this, his heart was beating
just a bit quicker. He soon glanced around the classroom, observing and quiet-
-Once more he was teaching distractedly without giving it his all, but this time, his eyes flickered in between Arthur as well his phone
even though the reasoning for them both was the same. Battles with himself whether or not to just run out and answer the text or if that
would be too suspicious - although Arthur didn't seem like he was really paying any attention to Alfred at all (which, admittedly, kind of
hurt actually). Finally choosing to leave the replying to later and exercise some self-restraint - it's not like he was afraid
of the reply or anything - he threw himself into a flurry of teaching-
-He was still listening to the other's lessons but now he was becoming more hesitant and somewhat afraid of the material being taught. If
anything, he had always been horrible at learning the sciences and just hearing it was making him confused. He glanced over at his phone
for comfort though he found himself disappointed as he saw the lack of message...just...damn...maybe they were busy in the class. He didn't
want to look back up at Alfred though. Yet he did and he found himself gazing and appreciating the other from the distance. He wished that
he could be closer to Alfred...be up there in the front but he didn't want to see that look of disgust in Alfred's eyes each time he looked
over at him. He wouldn't be able to stand that in the slightest. He clutched his phone a bit tighter, just quietly appreciating the other-
-Still speaking to the class as a whole- Alright, guys! If you get the concept and method, grab a bottle of Catechol solution and potato
extract each from the front. Blenders and beakers and everything else are just where they usually are. Oh! We don't have that many blenders,
so you're going to have to do it with your closest friend, okay? Okay. Get started! -Claps his hands twice and twirls around like a
showmaster, all the while thinking of how to grab the blinking phone and send a text message without drawing attention to himself-
-Glances around for someone to partner up with at the moment though he couldn't help but grimace when he found no one he could partner up
with. Well...that was disappointing though at the same time, he really didn't like partnering up. Though Biology was definitely something
he needed help with. Standing up, he went to one of the lab tables as he pocketed his phone for the moment. Instead he looked at the
instructions, horribly confused.- Bloody hell. -Mutters to himself as he grabbed the solution and potato extract that he grabbed from the
front. He hesitantly started to follow the instructions but already from the beginning, he was struggling with his results and experiment-
-A small devious smile made its way onto his face unbidden as he watches Arthur flounder about. As expected, the one subject his grades
weren't top notch was Science - and Alfred was going to take full advantage of that fact if it meant getting Arthur to looking him. Quickly
taking the chance in the chaotic classroom to grab his phone, he couldn't hold back the exasperated smile and tiny shake of his head at
Arthur's lack of confidence- "Arthur, trust me. If I tried to list all the lovable things about you, I'd be here 'til the next centenary."
-Roughly dropping the phone into his bag as soon as the confirmation message comes up, he began strolling through the
centre aisle, looking over their shoulders to check-
-Feeling his phone on vibrate, he glanced down at his phone and he smiled a bit to himself though he made certain to hide the smile. He
didn't want to seem too suspicious by the others surrounding him. Quietly grabbing his phone, he quickly texted back- "Very flattering,
love, but I hardly doubt it. I'm a lonely git here in this school who's hated." -He hated expressing that but he knew it was the truth. He
actually really didn't have any friends here. Pocketing his phone away, he quickly looked over at the chemical. What he didn't know was
that he grabbed some Caesium instead. Putting it in the water, he immediately jumped back as a loud snap of an explosion cracking in the
classroom before the glass shattered all over his lab station and the solution was on him- FUCK!
-Starts in shock at the sudden sound, taking a second to take in the image of Arthur and his lab table before he sprang forward with a loud
shout. Quickly looking over him for any injuries besides his hands, he practically manhandled Arthur until he was standing underneath the
labroom showerhead. Lets out a shaky breath as he pulls the lever to dump water onto him and wash away the toxins, worriedly checking over
him once again- Arthur, what just happened? -Progressively takes deeper breathes in an attempt to get
his heart to calm down from the frgithful start-
-Winces a bit as he felt the mixture on his skin and suddenly, he was grabbed by his professor and soon dragged under the labroom
shower head, gasping a bit in pain and suddenly shivering as he was drenched with water.- H-Hell...that burnt... -His hands a bit of his
skin had minor burns but other than that, he seemed alright- ...-He soon came to notice that Alfred was there...right in front of him...and
oh fuck...he had made a fool of himself. He made himself look horrible in front of his professor- ...I-I'm sorry, Mr Jones. I...I didn't
mean to...I'm sorry...I'm so bloody careless. -Clutches his hand a bit tighter, feeling the need to possibly cry. He was...just so
frustrated and humiliated. -
-Still slowly calming down when Arthur begins to rile himself up into a panic. Unable to stop his irritation showing; he was worrying about
all the wrong things. Throwing all caution to the wind, he stepped forward into the stream of water and wrapped his arms around the
other, successfully pinning his arms down to his sides- Shut up! Just.. Be quiet, Arthur. That doesn't matter. Are you
alright? -Scans his face in preparation for any sign of a lie-
-Pauses and looks up at him, feeling his breath hitch as he felt himself to be so close to the other. Fuck, he felt like he couldn't
breathe. They...were just so close. Why was he so close? Why was he doing this to him? He quietly nodded, finally looking up at Alfred.
He was simply referring to the pain...that wasn't so bad...but...when was anything alright? He closed his eyes and nodded, finding himself
leaning his head against his chest quietly- ...I'm alright. -He whispered, not so cold anymore as he ignored the stares of his classmates-
-Sighs, feeling exponentially relieved when he finally faced and answered him. Waiting a moment longer for the stream of
water to halt, he let go of Arthur with one arm to tell the other students that he was taking them to the clinic and don't touch
the mess back there, it's highly dangerous. Slowly leads Arthur out of the
room, smoothly grabbing his phone on the way-
-Just keeps his eyes closed as he breathes softly but soon enough he feels the water halt. With that, he allowed Alfred to lead him out
of the classroom and towards the clinic. He felt like he should be pulling away but he couldn't bring himself to do that. Not after
everything that just happened. - I'm sorry for wasting your time, Mr Jones. -Murmurs as he walked to the clinic with him, shivering a bit.
If there was anything he hated, it was being a burden of all things.-
-Shoving the device into his back pocket where it rightfully belongs, he huffed, mouth forming into a pout, at the fact that Arthur really
just didn't get it. Turning swiftly, he pressed Arthur into a crevice between a row of lockers and the wall, making sure to hide him
from view if anyone passed by- For the last time, Arthur. You're more important than anything, let alone a tiny
inconvenience like this. -Stares straight into his eyes, completely serious for once-
-Stiffening up as he was pressed into the crevice between the row of lockers and the wall, he felt his breath hitch. He definitely wasn't
expecting anything like that. Biting his lip, he glanced away, refusing to belief it.- Am I still important, even when I inconvenienced you
greatly with...with that... -Was referring to the kiss, furrowing his eyebrows at the thought of it.- Let me go. Thank you for your help,
Mr Jones. -Was just becoming distant again as a defence mechanism-
-Draws back, raising an eyebrow and plastering a smirk on his face- As if, Artie! You're injured. And, as your teacher, it's part
of my Duty of Care to take you to the clinic. -An excuse; but a good excuse. Takes a step back and shrugs off his beloved
jacket, draping it over Arthur's shoulders as he notices the shiver- So don't go
gettin' sick on me. -Admires the way the jacket looks so large on him for a second too long-
-Hesitates for a moment, feeling the flush on his cheeks as he felt the jacket drape over his shoulders. It was definitely a lot warmer
than the cold air around him.- Rubbish... -Mumbles but ends up holding the jacket closer to his body so he could get the warmth from it.
With that, he began to walk slowly towards the clinic, still flustered and embarrassed and humiliated and everything else. The other was
just being kind because he was a teacher. It was pretty much an obligation. The clinic wasn't too far and he soon stepped inside,
hesitating when he saw the lack of a nurse there at the moment- Maybe she's somewhere else right now... -Murmurs before going to one of the
-Follows him into the clinic, absolutely not watching his... back as he entered and flops down on one of the nearest beds,
emotional exhaustion translating into a physical one. Mumbles into the pristine white bedsheets- Any idea where the ice
packs and lotion are? -Turns his head to the side and peeks open an eye to keep watch on him-
(( translation : Alfred's just lazy and gets the chance to sleep when he can. /yes hi stalking sorry too cute ))
((stalk post like a boss))
-Just keeps sitting down and glances around, soon finding them- Over there. -Points over to the counter and the fridge before shifting
around a bit, tugging the blankets on him- ...You don't need to be here, Mr Jones. The nurse will probably come soon. -Carefully looks at
-Rises up off the bed with a groan and musses his hair with one hand whilst yawning his way towards said counter;
feeling even more tired now after the short lie-down. Pulls open the small fridge to take out an ice pack and wraps it in a
couple of layers of paper towel before carefully pressing it into Arthur's hands and taking a seat on the edge of his bed-
Might as well just a short break. The kids can take care of themselves.
-Pauses for a moment at that, hesitating before nodding- I suppose so. -To think...was he really the one who made Alfred so...tired? Fuck.
Holding the ice pack, he quietly grabbed his phone from his trousers' pocket and glanced at the screen, a flicker of disappointment when he
saw no message yet. Where was the anon...?-
-Watches his actions blankly for several seconds before it finally hits him that he'd forgotten completely about the text messaging. Which
was not good. At all. Springs up and off Arthur's bed with renewed energy and shoots him a quick apologetic grin- Actually, I do have to
clean up all that solution so, uhhh... See you later! -Rushes out of the room, pulling out his phone as soon as he was past the doorway
and unwittingly leaving his jacket behind- "I disagree! You're obviously not hated by at least one person: me." -Sends it off
with a smile and continues making his way back to the lab-
-Can't help but frown at that and in fact, finds himself a bit disappointed. He knew that the other had business to do but still...
maybe he really did want to leave him and not be around him. He wouldn't blame him in the slightest. After all, all of the other students
seemed to share the same sentiment. Soon he heard his phone vibrate and he glanced down at it, raising his eyebrows at that but soon he
opened it up, looking at the screen quietly. He slightly reddened though he could only take the other person's words by a grain of salt.
After all, he didn't know who they were.- "Is that so? Thank you, I suppose. Though I am wondering, are you an male or female?" -Yes, it
an essential question to him. Though he really didn't think it mattered...because no matter how flattering the anon was, they were
certainly no bright eyed and blonde haired American professor-
-Obliviously walks towards his lab room with a bounce in his step and a- vibrating phone in his pocket. Pulls it out and
pauses in the hallway to mentally deliberate if the information would make much of a difference. Shrugs whilst
typing-"Male through and through." -Unable to leave it just at that- "Why, Art?
Do you have a specific preference? Have I passed? <3"
-In all reality, he was just trying to narrow down the possibilities so now he could deduce just what gender to look for rather than all the
women that seemed to be constantly texting. Though admittedly, he couldn't help but smile a bit at that. He supposed it wouldn't hurt to
admit.- "I suppose you do pass." -He started, sending the message before hesitating a bit. Maybe...maybe it was't too much information. He
didn't know who the anon was and that very fact...actually made him more comfortable about spilling out a bit of himself.- "Though I'm
afraid you have some competition. I...already fancy someone." -He covered his face as he sent that, flushing horribly. He just admitted to
it...though there was no way the anon could know that it was Mr Jones. Soon the nurse came and began to tend to his wounds-
-Abruptly stops right outside his classroom door as he reads the last part of the message, the natural smile
decorating his face slipping right off. He blinked slowly at the message, absorbing it, before his expression darkened at the
thought of Arthur being with someone else- "Oh, really? And who might this extra special person be?" Gritting his
teeth, he sent the message off and stalked into class, decidedly more unhappy than he used to be-
-Reading the message, he let the nurse continue on tending his wound though he made certain to text back with one hand at the very least.
the other jealous? He couldn't tell very easily through text message- "I shouldn't say though I'm afraid that they hate me like the rest of
student body." -He could feel his heart ache a bit at that and he didn't even know why he was telling that to the anon. It seemed
ridiculous...to tell it to a stranger. Though he didn't dare to say the name. He knew how much trouble he would get for it.-
-Roughly pulls out his phone in the middle of soaking up solution, haphazardly nearly dropping it in the process. Internally wars
with himself between his moral and vindictive sides and grumbles lowly to himself when his decision requires him to basically commend
his competition (although if it made Arthur happy--)- "No one in their right minds would hate you; if he does (which I doubt), then he's
obviously not worth it." -Resumes mopping up the floor, ignoring the stares from his students as he does so-
-Hesitates for a moment, thinking about it. He felt a bit bad, talking about his object of affections like this...especially when it
wouldn't be returned back. He was so foolish.- "He's popular, American and everyone loves him. I wouldn't see why he would look at some
lonely Brit." -With a sigh, he swallowed- "But maybe...I wouldn't be objected to giving you a chance, love." -Covering his face at that, he
tried to hide his flushed face from the nurse. What the hell was he going on about? Why was he giving permission to some anon?-
-Though despite this, he remembered just how quick Alfred was to pull him close to himself under the lab shower and to take care of him. He
just pulled the jacket more over his body, relishing in the warmth. He was a lovesick fool.-
-Blinks at the message mildly surprised at the addition of "American". Maybe Arthur had a kink for accents or...? As a patriotic
American, the urge to tease him about it was too strong to resist- "American, you say? Well, being American myself, I'd say
you'd hardly have to speak to make a man like me fall." -Purses his lips together to hide his grin as he dismisses his class
for an early recess. They weren't do much standing around anyway. Besides, freedom was great no matter
what from; a complete win-win situation-
-Raises his eyebrows at the mention of the anon being American and he hummed a bit, reddening at the thought. Really now...? Well, it
wasn't as if he was fond of Americans or anything! They were loud, annoying, completely daft at times! Prideful also! But...maybe those
were endearing qualities that he enjoyed on Alfred...they could be sweet also...loving, romantic (but not disgustingly like the French) and
caring when they wanted to be. He snuggled a bit more into the jacket, looking down at his hand for a bit before deciding that he should
go back into the classroom to grab his backpack. With that, he stood up, hand bandaged as he headed to Mr Jones's classroom with slight
anticipation. Quietly knocking on the door as he saw the other kids leave, he soon opened and went into the classroom- I apologise, sir. I
am just here to grab my bag. -He gave a slight smile but not much else before he went to grab it, moving the phone to his left hand so he
pick up the bag with his less dominant yet unburnt hand-
-Looks up from his basically finished cleaning job when he enters, mildly surprised at his rather quick return. Unintentionally cracks a
smile at his slight awkwardness. Leaning the mop he was using against a table, he made his way towards the only other person in the
room, grin widening with every step; the idea of him preferring Americans enough to mention in a text still in mind. Even if Arthur wasn't
aware of whom he basically just gave permission to, he was; and hell as if he was going to waste the opportunity. Smoothly
stressing the twang of his accent, he halted in front of Arthur and leant against the closest lab bench in as cool a fashion as he could
muster- That's it? Was the nurse gentle enough? -Emphasises the word "gentle" more to get a rise out of him than anything-
-Notices Alfred approaching him and he can't help but redden a bit as he saw him approach him. What was he trying to do? Was he up to
something? Maybe he was just trying to be nice and is only concerned about his hand injuries. Glancing over at Alfred before glancing away
though he noticed the stress of the twang in his lovely accent. He shifted around in the jacket, holding it a bit closer as he finally
risked another glance over at Alfred.- Yes, that's it. I'm not some fragile doll though! -Huffs a bit, somewhat defensive though he
couldn't help but glance over him for a brief moment, shifting around a bit. Why was he doing that?-
-One side of his mouth twitches upward in amusement as he notices the slight flush. Too much dignity to fluster in front of
others? No way- Oh, really? Are you sure about that? -Without pausing, reaches out and fluidly extracts the phone from him
and places it to the side before carefully taking his left hand much like a gentleman greeting a lady. Silently bends forward to inspect
the nurses bandaging work himself, lightly tilting his hand from side to side in the process-
-Lets him take his hand, still keeping his gaze away as he tried to force his heart to stop pounding so much against his chest. This was
much too embarrassing for his own good! The hand seemed alright and the bandaging well done- ...O-Of course...a professional did it after
all, Mr Jones. I'm certain that she can do a better job than you. -Mumbles though he looks over at the phone curiously, deciding that it
wasn't really of any importance. After all, it was just a phone.-
-Flickers a glance up at Arthur and waits until he catches his eye first then, smiling, flips his hand over and presses a kiss to
his knuckles as gently as possible- Won't you give me a chance to try first, Arthur? You might be surprised. -Clearly
accenting the double entendre, he drew back again to stand straight, neither letting go of his hand
nor dropping the soft smile.
-Eyes widen, feeling his breath hitch at that and his heart was just pounding faster and faster. Bloody hell... Feels his hand twitch a bit
and he didn't know what the hell to do- Mr Jones... -Murmurs quietly, obviously flustered and maybe even a bit enamoured- You're...very kind
but my wounds are already treated. -Risks a glance over at Alfred, catching his eyes for a moment. He was supposed to be avoiding him right
now! Not...not...not this! Not allowing Alfred to make his heart go faster and faster-
-Smile slips just a tad as he thought of his rival before he manages to force it back up to previous standard. His attention drops
from Arthur's eyes to his lips and back, unconsciously biting his own with the memory of Valentine's Day. Slowly steps forward once
with a deep breath to instill courage. Intent made even more obvious by the way his line of sight keeps flicking back and forth.-
-Just watches as Alfred stepped closer and maybe he was hoping a bit too much. Maybe he was just building up his hopes too high and what he
wanted wasn't going to happen. He found his eyes start to slip close as he tried to calm himself down and he didn't know why. He probably
looked absolutely ridiculous at the moment- Alfred... -Breathes out softly, forgetting about formalities now.-
-Swallows loudly and breathes in and out slowly, fighting down the sudden bout of nervousness. Locks away his butterflies with
determination, before giving in to his desires and crossing the small expanse of distance left between them. Softly lets go of his hand and
replaces it under his chin, tilting his face up just the slightest bit for an easier angle and leans in at an almost excruciating pace,
stopping just before they touched to whisper quietly to him- Just let me try, Arthur.
-Breath stops and can't even really bring himself to care if there were other people around (though he knew they were all at recess).
Pauses for a moment before he finally let out a small, shaky breath and nodded, allowing the other. Feels his stomach twist pleasurably and
he just dreaming this? - Okay...
-Revels in the feel of his assent wash over him and fights down a joyful grin, instead taking the chance to turn his head just a fraction
and whisper a claim in his ear- My little lonely Brit with the beautiful smile. -Within no more than half a second, he trailed his lips
along his jawline and pressed their mouths together in a light kiss before he could chicken out-
-Feels a small smile pull at his lips at those words and he really, really hoped that this wasn't a dream. Instead he pressed a bit into
the kiss, reaching up as he lightly grasped at his shirt to keep him close. He kept the kiss light and a bit nervous yet excited both at
the same time. Soon he pulled away lightly, lips still tingling with warmth-
-Lets out a shaky laugh mixed with a concoction of relief and amusement and just plain, complete, utter happiness. Using his other arm, he
propped himself up on the bench behind Arthur, unwittingly placing his hand dangerously close to the edge, and subsequently pressing
Arthur up between both himself and the table. In the same forward movement, he reclaimed the sexy British boy's lips and then proceeded
to kiss him thoroughly; unable to keep himself from moaning quietly. Slowly opens his lips just a tad and sweeps his tongue
across Arthur's; silently asking for entrance-
-Moaning at that, he opens his lips happily for Alfred as he pressed his tongue against the other's own. That warm...wonderful tongue
against his own. He could have never thought that it would have been possible. Stepping forward, he pressed his body against Alfred's own
as he explored Alfred's mouth with his own tongue as well. Yet the moment he stepped forward, he probably was a bit too rough and pressed
forward a bit too hard with a loud moan and soon he was toppling over along with Alfred to the ground. - ...-His eyes snapped open and
Arthur frantically looked around to see his classmates staring at him. He was on the ground next to his desk, knees throbbing and...oh God-
-Did he just moan in the middle of class?-
(( AND THEN HE WOKE UP. THE END. ))
-Startled out of his lecture, he could do nothing but stare at his student sprawled out on the ground next to his seat instead
of in it where he would usually be staring at the board, back rim rod straight. The contrast of that image and the one where
Arthur practically lay on the floor looking for all the world like a deer caught in headlights with a bright red face was
unbearably hilarious and before he new it, the laughter came bubbling out before he could even think of stopping it-
-Reddens a bit at that though he soon scrambled back into his seat, back stiff and straight as he glanced at the other students and then at
his teacher. All he heard was the laughter of his classmates and his teacher and he flushed in sheer embarrassment, glancing down at his
desk.- Bloody hell... -He mumbled, refusing to look back at anyways as he gripped his pencil a bit tighter than necessary. He soon covered
his face, red, embarrassed and maybe just a bit aroused-
-Takes a few more deep breathes before straightening out from his doubled over position and doing his best to wave the class into
sobriety. Presses a fist against his mouth for a few moments before deeming himself able to speak properly- Why, Arthur? What was
that? -Leaves his position at the front of the classroom and makes a show of walking towards him- Something you'd like to share with
the class? Because it sure sounded- -Pauses for effect- Like lots of fun. -Finally reaches him and leans down in to whisper lowly next to
his ear, allowing a tiny bit of jealousy he feels to mix with the mirth in his voice as he does so- Mind if I join in?
-Just keeps his back straight, trying to keep all of his dignity as he took his hand away from his face. He wasn't surprised that his own
teacher was laughing at him. He soon glanced up at Alfred, eyes narrowed as he tried to muster up as much courage and self-respect as he
had left.- I hardly know what you're speaking of, Mr Jones. I apologise for disturbing your class. I haven't had a lot of sleep last
night. -Well that part was true but still...fuck...why could he feel that arousal stir in his stomach when Alfred was close to him? Did he
know what was going on? What he was dreaming of...? Did...he...hear him? Did he say anything else other than just the moan?-
(( .... What's going on..... Wow............ ))
(( Plans from far, far back hahahajlsdnjasndsa ))
-Feels his lips twitch upwards again and pushed it down with pure will. Arthur attempting to look dignified and indignant with as bright red
a face as his was more hilariously cute than anything... Although, the phrase "haven't had a lot of sleep last night" coupled with the
knowledge of Arthur having a love interest made him suspicious of just what kind of activities he may have been participating in instead
of sleeping. His expression dropped into a minuscule pout, displeased at the thought. Grits his teeth and follows along on the trail to
see if he was correct- Well, what with the sound you just made, I'd imagine that it must have been a great night. -He was unfairly
jealous, he knew. He should be happy for Arthur, really, but such selflessness was beyond him on this particular subject-
-Pauses for a moment, raising his eyebrows at that and he really didn't know what Alfred was getting on at. He could still feel the stares
of his other classmates.- We're in the middle of class, Mr Jones. I hardly see how I spend my nights are of any relevance to Biology.
-Though in reality, he knew that he just didn't want to tell Alfred about how he spent last night. He shifted around a bit- It wasn't all
that great...to satisfy your curiosity. -He murmured in a lower voice, still watching Alfred carefully. In fact, the night before, he had
spent his time feasting on the chocolates that he was given and being generally angry at anything or anyone that got in his way. In fact,
he had even unleashed his discomfort on his own cat by hugging it too close while he binged eat-
(( goodness. ;u; /pets Artie's head ))
-Perks up at "it wasn't all that great", completely misunderstanding the remark. If it wasn't all that great, even if Arthur still liked
this American competition of his, he could probably still have a chance. I mean, he had to like him at least a little bit for that kiss last
night, right? ... Even if he didn't want to talk to him at all and said it didn't matter and-- Well, he had to like him just a bit.
Vocally hums in a noncommital manner, straightening up and stood there looking at him for a second before making his way back to the front,
plastering a large grin back onto his face- Back to enzymes! For anyone unaware, we're going through and explaining the ones starting with
"C" on page 201. -Motions towards the diagrams and descriptions written all over the whiteboard then pulls out his chair. As he took a
seat, his eyes flickered over to his phone sitting there on top of his bag before deciding that it could wait just the last
ten or twenty minutes of class-
-Hesitates for a moment when he saw the diagrams and descriptions on the board and he soon was quick to start writing them up in his notes.
Admittedly, he wasn't all that wonderful at Biology and it was recently starting to show in his grades. He really tried to keep it up and
he was certain that Alfred had higher expectations for him. Especially considering that he was one of the top students in many of the other
classes that he participated in. Yet the sciences. He...just couldn't get his head around it. At least nothing about enzymes or Biology
or anything like that. He kept on glancing at the clock and all he knew was that he needed to get out soon. He had to get away from Alfred
and away from the embarrassment that just happened. To think...that he had finally gotten somewhere but in the end, that was only in a
dream that he conjured up. If only it could be a reality instead. The bell soon rang-
((fucking heck. I've been gone for about 24 hours and I've missed this much already?))
((must resist temptation to cock block))
(( NO, NO, DON'T. Arthur's doing a fine job of that himself anyway. ))
((lmao, well I'm kinda just checking in. Still got some shit to do. See ya guys later))
-The class was over surprisingly quickly; time completely ignoring his inner turmoil. He was stuck between chasing Arthur as himself
(a sentiment that Arthur seemed not to appreciate very much) or wooing him through text messages. If he was being honest with himself,
he knew that Arthur would probably lose interest in his Anonymous Secret Admirer as soon as he found out their identity, but Arthur
replied back to him more positively than he probably would ever do so in real life and that was an addiction he simply couldn't
do without. Deciding to leave much of the choice to Arthur, he loitered in place as most of the classroom began to pack and get ready
to leave with the bell. If he ran out the door like Alfred was a devil to be feared, he'd follow the texting route, if he stayed behind--
nah, what a joke. He'd never stay behind to talk to him, what with the ignoring and the all round avoidance recently. More or less resigning
himself to being physically alone (which he could cope with, providing that he never fell so far as to sleep with his phone or anything)
, he leant back against the wall and watching Arthur's movements carefully; sadly-
-He was quick to start packing up his belongings because after all, how could he just linger around after Alfred had laughed at him for
falling out of his seat. He couldn't face that humiliation again. Not when he could possibly be openly mocked and ridiculed again. With a
small huff, he shoved the rest of his books and notebooks in the backpack before slinging it over his shoulder and heading towards the door.
He wanted to get out a bit faster but he couldn't help but linger near the entrance for a bit. Glancing over his shoulder, he looked over
at Alfred for a long moment as if he was contemplating. Then biting the bottom of his lip, he turned around and headed out of the classroom
with the intention of going to lunch and eating alone outside near the football field. He grabbed his phone, pulling it out for a moment as
he looked down at it for a long moment as he walked to the field outside. Afterwards he could just go home when he was done with the rest
of his classes. At least he wasn't failing those classes. Pausing for a moment, he sent a message to the anon.- "I'm glad I'm finally out
of Mr Jones's classroom. I can't stand looking at him anymore." -With that, he sent the message before closing his eyes. He had to get the
feeling out...his heart hurt too much when he looked at him.-
(( YOU MAKE ME CRY. ;A; ))
