got onto the tennis court for the first time in over a year. Knew I was out of shape, but not how bad. The coach beat me up pretty good.

I work out with a trainer twice a week, and walk twice a day, plus do weights on my own at least one other day. I STILL sore!

I wish I had the motivation to work out several times a week. But I'd really rather just knit. :-)

it has become a habit for me. Unfortunately chocolate and yummy food are also a habit, so my workouts just keep me "maintained".
