doesn't think she looks very manly, though maybe if she wore a little make-up and used a different conditioner it would help...
no idea what he's talking about... she doesn't even own make-up.
had been out shopping trying to find a nice gift for Tino; he was in a good mood thanks to recent events... He spotted a familiar looking_
ma- woman? He could have sworn it was his Switzerland, but he didn't recall his Switzerland having a girl's body, unless he had been_
hiding it all these years, that would explain overcompensating so much with the guns, and acting so masculine. He hadn't even considered_
that this could be Switzerland's counterpart, and he suddenly had a new found respect for them. Spending so many years acting like a man..._
He stared, debating whether or not he should approach her. She looked a bit confused in the store.
didn't notice anyone staring as she shoved her hands into the pockets of her pants, she was doing her laundry and all she had left was pants
and a fitted t-shirt. She frowned a bit as she tried to avoid having one of the employees approach her. What would she say after all? 'I was
told I'm manly... how can I fix that?'
slowly approached her, coughing quietly, but quickly making it look as though he was looking through a rack of women's blouses.
startled a bit when someone coughed behind her. She looked around and spotted him, pausing. He reminded her of someone... Sweden maybe? But
he seemed a bit to butch to be Sweden... even if that woman had her moments...
glanced up and nodded to say hello. "Ah... Switzerl'nd." He pulled out one of the silky blouses, it was a bold red that would have looked_
nice on Dorthe. Not that he intended to buy clothes for the woman, but he did like dressing women... in a non-sexual way.
blinked a bit at the greeting, this was not the Sweden she knew... unless Sweden was have a really butch day... she raised a brow as he?
pulled out the blouse. Maybe he? was shopping for himself? "Ah... Hello... Sweden."
a bit taken back at how feminine her voice sounded; the wheels slowly began turning and he realized that this may have been one of the_
female nations. His face turned red with embarrassment for mistaking her as his Switzerland, that was so rude! He was glad he hadn't said_
anything, though now he felt sheepish for having greeted her at all.
stared for a few moments expecting him to say something more, but she quickly shook her head. Maybe she should check out another store...
paused when he found a pale green blouse with stylish ruffles on the front. He glanced from the blouse, to the woman. Cautiously, he pulled_
one from the rack and held it out towards her. "Th's'd l'k g'd w't y'r eyes..." He mumbled quietly.
completely caught off guard by that, she blinked as she looked up at him questioningly. She didn't really know what to say at first as she
blushed a bit. "Um... thank you..."
had no idea why she was blushing, and began blushing sheepishly in response. "Ah..."
just didn't like being caught shopping like this. "Um.. do you know anything about shopping for clothes?" She really didn't. Most of the
time Aloys just gave her clothes he'd made or something.
blinked in surprise, unaccustomed to having someone talking to him, let alone asking a question. "Ah... Wh't... kind 'f clothes?" He spoke_
slowly, trying to use as close to an English accent as he could while speaking so that he didn't sound incoherent.
shrugged a bit, "I was told I'm to manly..." she didn't like admitting this kind of stuff to someone... "On that note... you're not the
the Sweden I know are you?"
"Ah..." He frowned. She wasn't the most girly person he had ever met, but then again, she didn't seem very masculine either... Maybe in the_
shoulders, and how she carried herself, but-- Did she just ask if he was her Sweden? Did he look like a woman? He wasn't sure if that was_
an insult or a compliment. "Eh... No?"
nodded a bit, "no... she has her days where she seems very... um... well you're not like her."
nodded slowly, not entirely sure he understood. "You...'re not... verrry masc'liinnne." He said slowly, over-enunciating everything. It was_
almost painful, this was why he hated talking to foreigners.
frowned as she listened to him, "you can speak in Swedish... I understand it perfectly fine." Her boss sort of made it a point for her to at
least understand most of the languages.
"Ah..." He supposed he could have tried speaking in German as well, he spoke German much better than English. Well, that was a relief.
nods a bit, if he wanted she could switch to German as well, her English wasn't the best either.
"What're y' trying t' find?" He asked her after a minute of awkward silence had passed. He did like shopping for women's clothing, and she_
much smaller than Astrid and Dorthe, so she would be more fun to dress up...
looked a bit embarrassed at that, "I uh... was going to try and dress up for Aloys... but I never see him around anymore..."
nodded slowly, he had no idea who Aloys was, but figured it was some form of boyfriend or lover. "Ah... Do y' like pants... 'r dress's?"
frowned a bit, "I prefer my dresses..." though none of them were fitted or short sleeved.
"Hm... Do y' pr'fer short or long sleeve?" He may have had the secret aspiration to be a stylist, that, unfortunately, his boss never would_
shrugged a bit as he tried to think about it, "I uh... what would look... better?"
"Hm..." He hummed quietly, looking around at the selection of dresses. He grabbed a couple and held them up to her frame to see if it_
looked like it would fit. After nearly five minutes he finally returned with a couple of short, fluttery sleeved dresses that would mask_
the broadness of her shoulders, while giving a softer, feminine appearance.
didn't have broad shoulders at all... she would resent that if he knew he thought that... she watched him completely confused though as she
looked at what he'd picked out.
wouldn't tell her that she had broad shoulders, he was frightened of insulting anyone. He held out the two dresses to her, one violet and_
silky, the other a brown with a little bit more fitted bodice. "They'll... accent y'r figure..." He hoped that didn't sound insultive or_
stared at the two as she slowly took them and nodded, "ah... thank you." She didn't know what else to say... she looked around the fitting
nodded mutely, turning to look around the store to keep from staring of looking too awkward.
came out in the brown one first, not really sure what to think at all she went back into the change room to try on the other one.
nodded at her slowly, trying not to give her a creepy or judgmental look.
came back out in the second dress, "which one?" she wasn't really sure herself... she never went clothes shopping...
"Eh..." He wasn't sure what the right answer was. Though the first one looked sexier, the second one was cuter. He wasn't sure which look_
she was more comfortable with, and wanted... Though she had mentioned it was for her boyfriend... "First?"
blinked a bit and nodded, "kay..." she liked the colour of the first one...
nodded back, relieved that she wasn't insulted by it.
came back out with the brown dress and smiled a bit, "ah... thank you."
nodded with an impartial expression, pleased with himself for having successfully socialized with someone new.
held onto the dress, "my name is Mitzi."
"Ah." He said quietly. "'M Berwald."
nodded a bit with that before she went to pay.
looked around the rest of the store, debating whether or not he should buy anything. He didn't need to buy clothes for Dorthe or Astrid,_
and they'd probably think it was weird... so he shoved his hands in his pockets and made his way towards the exit, assuming that their_
little chat/meeting was over.
caught up to him after a moment, "ah I uh still had a question..."
looked up at her curiously. "Hm?" This was unusual; meeting a new person who not only asked him for help, but was now coming after him to_
ask a question??? If he didn't feel so awkward about it he would have been giddy.
stared at him and frowned slightly. "Ah well... you're sure the dress will be okay?"
nodded. "Ja..." Maybe with a nice necklace, and some matching earrings, perhaps a short pair of pumps to make her legs look longer... But he
wasn't going to go in to all of that, it would probably be rude.
held the bag in her hands as she looked up at him. "Kay... thank you."
"Mhm." He nodded slowly, looking away.
knows she should probably let him be. She rolled her eyes a bit with that before she turned away from him and headed in the other direction.
She would probably just wear her normal boots with the dress...
didn't want to intrude on her time, and assumed she didn't want to talk to him more... though he would have cringed if he knew she planned_
to wear her normal boots with the dress...
thought her normal boots would be fine... she didn't really have anything else.
that her normal boots would make it very... quirky.
