I'm seeing some interesting deals come into my mailbox (such as a 34-piece Pyrex set [w/ lids] for $40). But not doing Black Friday sales.

However, I am going to Pike Place Market, visiting the great spice shop Tehanu & Lu introduced me to, and stock up on baking spices!

Followed by the tree-lighting ceremony in Westlake Park. And maybe a cupcake from a local cupcake place that has a pop-up store in downtown.

But this whole camping-out-@-night (now afternoon!) and doing the stampede - I like a deal, but no. That's not the holiday spirit.
