if you've called Seborga yet.
you out to give it another try.
hasn't seen him in a couple days... maybe she'll try the next time she sees him. If she ever leaves her bedroom.
might just have to come over and keep an eye on you to make sure you don't kill yourself...where's Australia?
wont open her door for anything now. She hasn't seen Australia since they had their last argument.
take a plane over there immediantly, and he'll be sure to bring something over to break the door down with...ah, an argument? What about?
about everything. Wy leans a chair up against the door, and begins the count down. "Ten... nine..."
orders the small, private plane to touchdown in the front yard, tapping his fingers impatiently against his leg.
curls up into a little ball under her bed. "...six...five...f-four..."
goes up to the porch, knocking only once out of courtesy before yanking it open and going inside. "Miss Delprat?"
"...one." Everything goes black and cold.
frowns, heading upstairs and pulling various bedroom doors open. "Hullo? Is anyone there?"
goes over to the last door, finding it locked and having to break it down with force. His eyes widen when he sees the young girl collapsed
in a heap under her bed. "W-What on earth...?"
In her dream she is looking for something in a vast rose garden. She realizes that she's completely lost and all alone.
pushes the bed out of the way, dialing 911 on his phone. While he waits for someone to pick up, he places a hand on the girl's shoulder,
shaking her in an attempt to wake her up. "Miss Delprat, are you alright? Can you hear me?"
Then she dreams that Arthur is there, out of nowhere. She tries to answer when he calls her but finds she has no voice.
furrows his eyebrows together in concentration, absently telling the calm, apathetic-sounding secretary on the line to bring an ambulance to
the house. He takes a look around the mostly empty room, wondering there isn't anyone else home; was this girl really all alone here?
The scene shifts and she's in a big empty house. She calls for her mother and her shrill echo is all that calls back. Australia is looking
down at her with Wy's luggage in hand. "She's not here. Why can't you get it into your thick head, you don't have a mother...".
scoops the girl into his arms when he hears the ambulance sirens outside, (such a lightweight little thing, has she even been eating
properly?) feeling as though his body is running on autopilot. He's not entirely sure what to think right now, and can't really comprehend
what's going on-therefore, he at least has to do his duty as a gentleman.
The house in her dream seems to swallow her up. She could hide forever in one of the millions of cupboards and no one would ever find her.
exchanges a few brief words with the doctors, stating that he's the girl's guardian for the sake of avoiding being asked too many questions.
They allow him, thankfully, to accompany her in the ambulance. He's tempted to ring Australia and give him an earful...
"It's cold... why is it so cold."
blinks, looking at the girl when he hears her speak. After a moment, he slips off his coat and drapes it over her, murmuring, "It's all in
she winces in pain, but them smiles weakly at Arthur. "It's you... Have I had my stomach pumped?"
returns the smile as best he can, though the worry is evident in his eyes. "Ah, good to see you're awake...no, they haven't done anything to
"I was wondering why I was alive's all."
's smile fades. "...what do you mean by that?"
"...pills? What sort of pills?"
smiles sleepily. "Lots of them...you know... pills..."
grabs a doctor and informs them of this, grabbing a bottle of ipecac off the shelf. "As in...cyanide pills? Why?!"
doesn't hear him, everything has gone all wobbily and fuzzy.
swears quietly under his breath, grabbing her arm and pinching it just enough to hurt. "Stay with me, Miss Delprat..."
Who knew sleeping pills could make everything seem so funny and terrifying at the same time.
pinches a bit harder, suddenly feeling rather panicked. "Wy, please...just until they get you into your room..."
pulled out of her dream with a jolt. "You're still here! I thought you'd gone! Please don't leave yet!"
looks rather confused, but he nods nonetheless, giving her arm a reassuring squeeze. "Ah,no, don't worry-I won't leave. I just need you to
nods in agreement. "Yes, I should stay awake... that way the monsters can't get me, can they? And you wont leave me with the monsters?"
