Does anyone have a weather/emergency alert app recommendation for Android? or maybe a site that texts alerts?
I use Fancy Widgets
It provides a desktop clock/weather widget similar to HTC sence. And provides inclement weather push alerts.

Fancy Widgets is nice. Weatherbug also is ok on Android.
