Shorty88: What are ten frames? I'm not familiar. Like base-10 blocks?

Ten frames look like a picture of an open egg carton that's short the lost 2 eggs.

We use them with two sided colored chips for one-one correspondence, adding, subtracting, teen numbers, more / less, compliments of ten, etc

I love them and so do the children!
