我們家的算不太挑食的, 幾乎沒有什麼不吃... 除非是怪東西

非常挑！！！很頭痛

Ian's teacher complained about this. She said Ian did no eat nicely.

But he ate well at home. School provides the food he does not like , what can I do ?

Black bean , taco ...I do not like those food , either.

But he do really eat much with dinner.

My kids eat whatever was given. The house rule is they need to take a bite of whatever they are not familiare with

Life is too short to be picky about certain food. I encourage them to try new food/new thing/new ideas all the time and i do the same

I think this is my problem , I seldom try the new food.

At lease eat a bite , it is a good idea. Then I need to try it too.( oh... My..)

I buy new food almost every week when I go shopping. Kids will eat better when there is variety of food every meal.
