well its more like a regular party. dancing and drinking and all. though i dont drink at all. ^^; ive never celebrated halloween myself tbh.
sounds nice still though. I often hear about them being like fun costume parties or something ;u;
oh and costumes! that is the only perk compared to regular weekly uni parties.
