Mashed potatoes and broccoli. I also made a gravy from the pan juices that was really good.

I am going to have to try this Roast!! Shane and the kids would probably LOVE it!

going to make it tonight, but Chuck wants tacos. It will have to wait until Thursday or next Tuesday.
