比賽時如果游泳游到一半腳底抽筋該怎麼辦咧?還是如何避免?我在水裡只會龜速前進不會停下來啊啊啊~(顯示為扳著腳底)

抽筋
如果心理緊張、水太涼或待在水裡時間太長,都可能抽筋。下水前的准備活動應當充分,在水裡時間別太長。

一旦出現抽筋,千萬不要慌亂。若腳趾抽筋,那就馬上將腿屈起,用力將足趾拉開、扳直﹔小腿抽筋,先吸足一口氣,仰臥在水面,用手板住足趾,並使小腿用力向前伸蹬,讓收縮的肌肉伸展和鬆弛﹔手指抽筋時,手握成拳頭,然后用力張開,如此反復,即可解脫。

單腳抽筋不能動就用剩下另一隻腳側泳+手慢慢划...雙腳抽筋放鬆下半身, 用僅存的兩隻手側身慢滑+擺動驅幹前進......抽筋時我都想像自己是殘廢, 思考怎麼缺腳游回終點.... :-&
