speaks up after a moment feeling a bit awkward just standing there. "Tere."

startled a little. He turns to face her. "A-ah... sveika.."

shook his head. "N-no, it's okay. D-did you need anything?"

"No, I was just wandering around and saw you, so..." She thought that it was only polite to greet him.

slightly confused at that and instead decides to go look over out the balcony like h had been just doing. "It's nice out today."

looks back over. "O-oh yeah, the weather is nice... That kind of thing makes people happy, right?"

nods lightly. "Yes, good weather tends to do that."She thinks that maybe she should go outside a little later.

continues looking out. "Does it make you happy?"

"I suppose so. It's easier to look at the outside when there is good weather, you can walk so much farther without worry, and it kind of_

just looks cheery, doesn't it? It's hard to feel unhappy when something so nice is cheerful."

nods. "Then it's too bad I can't control the sky... then I'd know people were happy..."
