Mightily upset.....order for kitchen stuff was waylaid and incorrectly delivered. Signature on delivery is from no one in my office.

Trying to keep perspective on this. There's worse things that could happen (like father-in-law dying) but it feels like the last straw.

well if the signature isn't yours,, or authorized to sign for you you would have a good case. Hopefully which ever office got it, will call

UPS can do this, Fedex probably can as well, They can get the GPS location of the truck @ the date/time it was signed for, and see where the

Oh hey, the GPS thing is nice to know! I'll keep that in mind in case they tell me the driver can't remember.
