bakit ba ang horap pumayat? aerobics, yoga, jogging, meron pang tai chi, parang wala akong makitang improvement. sus!

hay naku ganyan din feeling ko kaya i lowered my goals. 2 lbs a month! Dati 2 lbs a week kaya. Tanda ko na. :-&

diet ko trimmed na rin. breakfast cereal, lunch 1 cup rice, dinner 1/2 cup, snack fruits & veggies. ang hirap habulin ang BMI.

pwede rin kasi during my teens payatot ako. siguro may kinalaman din ung med ko for thyroid. need ko mawala ang bad choles. (goodluck)
