pops in like a boss. Also heard that your cooking is terri-bad but wants to see for himself. (Oh god he's gonna die.)
cooks well, thank you very much! "Hello, Korea. Would you like to try some curry?" c:
up to the challenge! And besides, any free food is free, right? "Ye, why not! What kind is it?"
stirred the curry, taking a whiff of it with a satisfied hum. "British-style, of course. No raisins, though."
tilts his head, sniffing something... odd, but not minding it. It wasn't like he'd smelled weirder.~ "What's "British-style" like?"
"Very spicy," he replied, soon serving the curry and placing it down on the table in front of Korea. "Enjoy."
smells it, and pops in for a taste. She wondered what Arthur meant by improvise ...
good at improvising...! "Oh, Diya! Would you like some as well?"
"Mm-n, yes." If it was below her expectations she could tease him about it. It would serve him for that... cricket match.
prepares a plate for her as well, and sets it on the table. "Well, there's plenty to eat, so come and enjoy yourself."
knew he'd make plenty... there was a fridge to put it in at the end of the day. "'ny rice?"
nodded, getting some rice from the rice cooker that Japan had given him a while back. "Enjoy."
looks at the spoon, then back at Arthur. "Still using spoons, huh." She dug in with her fingers and raised some to her mouth, carefully
watching his expression. Oh the times he'd spit fire about that.
twitched, not at all appreciating her using her hands, still. "Diya, you know how I feel about that..."
nodded. "I know. But I ate curry and rice with my hands before you did." How was one supposed to get the rice into a sticky ball with a
spoon, anyway? Fiddly things.
sighed. "Fine. How is it...?"
chews. Quietly. "Not bad. Could use a little coriander, though." It wasn't the bland gruel he was sometimes prone to making. This was rather
spicy, and all the better for it.
"You should make stuff like this more often. You're better at it." Hopefully. All she'd dared taste so far with the curry.
blinked, slightly surprised by the compliment. "I-- w-well, of course it's good! I'll add more coriander next time." It wasn't like he was
happy that someone finally appreciated his cooking, or anything...
picks up the spoon and waves it at him. "Remember. No combinations." Something good plus something... eeky resulted in something worse.
huffed. "I know that. Do you need some water?"
"No, thanks." Pitchers of water for the inexperienced. ^u^
nodded, just getting some curry for himself to eat. Huh. It really wasn't all that bad. He was good at cooking!
grabs a seat and stares at the concoction in front of him. Well, it was certainly an... interesting colour. "Er..." Grabbing a spoon,
he tentatively dips it into the curry, his tongue just darting out to lick a teeny tiny part of it... and he drops the spoon, making it
clatter. "Ige mwoya! Aya..." Water, water... ;-;
