I'm a bad patient, but it's particularly irksome as my Dad just had chemo and if I get sick I can't help my mom at the hospital, grrrr!!

actually, it's been a real crap month.

I'm sorry to hear that

it started with a gall bladder attack for me on Dec. 13, yay!...

then my Dad checked himself into hospital 2 days later with abdominal pain..they found tumours in his liver and lung

oh my gosh...that is so awful!

he's got very advanced cancer, but the holidays got in the way of treatment, he almost was too weak for chemo...

we had to practically beg; I was just lucky that I happen to know his oncologist! Dad's so weak, they normally wouldn't treat

I'm so sorry...that is really rough news.

how is he responding to treatment?

it's incredibly tragic, so dramatic it sounds like a tall tale but unfortunately it's real; just crap!

he's just happy he's survived it; it's early to tell, but he's a bit more energetic than before, but barely.

so we're taking it day by day; I'm worried about Mom though, she's been by his side 24/7 and getting zero rest

well, I'll keep you guys in my prayers...that's so scary to deal with and for all of you

hope you aren't sick...get some airborne and zicam girl...and see if you can make your mom get a nap
