that Gmail tells you when a portion of an email is being cut and pasted...

Just got a personalized spam message. It's an oxymoron, but man, somebody's workin' hard to get past the filters!
wow really how/where does it tell?
It just put the generic portion into a blockquote, which is hilarious.
lawlll. what if it was cut and pasted and changed (like name replaced)
Well, the subject line was my domain name and the top line was apparently original, being out of the blockquote.
Gmail also grays out your signature, i.e. when I sign my emails with "- Elea" even though I don't have it saved as an official setting.
that they didn't do that esp. since i do sometimes C&P, and then ppl know!
