[Event] is taking a walk around the city, looking for any potential prey.
sits at the park with a notebook. He was watching the ducks in the pond and occasionally jotting down a few words.
spots the other man and watches him for a moment, before walking towards him.
doesn't notice him. He's humming a soft tune to himself as he writes.
sits down on the bench, next to him, still watching him somewhat closely.
... glances at him and smiles politely. "Hello." He greets him before turning back to his notebook.
leans back on the bench and looks up at the night sky. "Good evening. Nice out here, isn't it?"
nods, smiling. "Very." He was glad for the street lamp being so close to the bench.
leans forward a little, and nods back. "Do you have any plans this evening?"
- "I actually have to head to work later tonight." He glances back at him. "Er, why do you ask?"
shrugs. "Just wondering. Do you mind if I walk with you?"
- "I suppose not. I don't own the sidewalks." He chuckles softly. "Er, I'm Roderich. It's nice to meet you...?" He holds his-
-hand out to him.
looks down at the hand, before shaking it lightly. "It's Lukas. Nice to meet you too."
smiles, eyebrows furrowing a little. "... Are you cold?" The other's skin felt cold.
shakes his head. "No. Why?"
shakes his head. "You just feel cold." He smiles and stands up. Then again, it was a little chilly out. Surely it was nothing.
pulls back his hand, looking at it for a moment. "Ah..." He stands up as well, glancing at the other man.
clears his throat softly, blushing slightly in embarrassment. "So... You wanted to walk?"
shrugs, chuckling softly. "I don't know where you work."
- "I was actually heading home to get dressed." He smiles and starts to walk. "It isn't far from here, really."
nods and follows the other man. This was working out...somehow.
Austria
is
silent for a moment before he decides to break the silence. "So... what do you do for a living?"
Lukas
is
taken off guard by that. "...I work in an office, often signing papers and such. How about yourself?"
hums. "I'm a pianist. I... play every night at an Italian bistro." He smiles. "It's rather enjoyable."
nods. "Sounds like it... Play any other musical instruments?"
nods. "Violin, flute, cello... Too many to list them all." He loved music.
chuckles a bit at that. "Ah, I only play the violin and fiddle."
- "Do you?" He smiles at him. "I would love to have someone to play with."
nods. "I see, I can if you would like."
smiles. "When are you free?"
shrugs a little. "The weekends. Yourself?"
- "I'm free during the day. I'm busy most nights."
nods. "Oh..."
stops in front of his apartment building. "Why?"
shakes his head a little. "I work during the day, but hopefully, you'll be free on the weekends."
- "I'm free on weekends in the afternoon."
nods again, and turns to face the building. "Well, may I come inside with you?"
Austria
is
a little.. surprised by that question. "Um... sure. I can get you something to drink." He smiles and heads inside.
follows the other and nods. "Alright..."
leads him up to his apartment and opens the door, gesturing for him to walk in first. "There fruit punch, apple cider, or.. just plain water
-if you'd like."
thanks him, walking into his apartment. "Ah, just water...I guess."
nods. He sets his notebook down on the table before heading into the kitchen to get him a glass of water.
takes a seat on one of his chairs by the table, sighing a bit.
sets the glass of water in front of him. "Is something wrong?"
shakes his head. "No..." He grabs the glass, and takes a sip.
watches him for a moment before sitting down, nodding. He excuses himself a moment to go and hang his coat up in his room.
sets the glass down as soon as he leaves, and quietly follows him.
hangs up the coat in his closet and pulls off the pewter vest, hanging that up neatly as well. He doesn't notice him.
walks up to him, and wraps his arms around the other's chest, nuzzling his neck a little.
stiffens, instantly moving to pull away. "... E-er... Excuse me?"
licks at his neck a little, before biting into it. "Forgive me."
gasps in shock. This he hadn't expected. At all. He continued to struggle against him uselessly. It felt so odd. Not bad.. just odd. "Stop."
only manages to take one mouthfull of blood before pulling away. "I tried to make it a bit better..."
turns around to face him, panting slightly as he brought his hand up to his neck. "... How do you make biting someone any better!?"
shakes his head. "I meant, I tried to make that a little more comfortable than painful."
- "... It wasn't painful..." In fact, it had been rather.. pleasant. But that was hardly the point! "Do you always go around biting people?"
shakes his head again. "No, my usual meal is not available right now, and I need to have some form of nutrition."
... arches an eyebrow. "... What?" He was so confused.
shrugs. "...Nevermind. Did you not like that?"
blushes a little, idly rubbing his neck. "... You're changing the subject."
smirks a little. "Your point? What do you want me to answer?"
huffs a little. "You're not human, then.." Was he dreaming? He needed to stop having sweets before bed.
nods. "I'm a demon...just trying to live in this city with all of the other humans."
slumps against his closet door a little, just... openly staring. Great. "... A-and you.. bit me..." BT
rolls his eyes. "Relax, you're not going to turn into one..."
- "I had better not..." What would he do as a demon? ><
shakes his head. "No, I don't have the ability to turn other humans into demons. You'll be fine."
nods, hand still cupping his neck where he had been bitten. "... I... didn't know demons drank blood. Isn't that... vampireS?"

nods a little. "They can. I usually don't, but like I said, I needed something, in order to keep myself alive."
- "What do you usually live off of, then?"
-"Live flesh. But, it seems better just to drink blood, so i won't make a huge scene. So, if you don't mind, may I take another bite?"

flinches a bit, but... Well, he'd asked so politely. "... Fine. Just.. please don't take any skin." That would hurt.
smiles a little. "I won't. And thank you." He finds the small wound that he made earlier, and licks at it a little, before sinking his fangs
into his neck again.
closes his eyes, inhaling sharply at the bite. "Mmh..." It still felt odd.
takes quite a few mouthfulls this time, while making sure not to take too much, or else the other would pass out. After a long drink, he
pulls out. "That wasn't too bad...was it?"
Austria
feels
slightly dizzy. He shakes his head in response. "... N-no, I guess not."
arches a brow. "Didn't hurt?"
- "Not really, no... Er.. Was it.. suppose to hurt?"
shakes his head. "I tried not to make it hurt."
idly rubs at his neck. "... Well, good job, then."
chuckles a bit, turning to walk back to the kitchen.
stands there for a few seconds, still a bit stunned before changing out of his work clothes and into pajama's.
takes the glass of water, and finishes whatever was left in it, before setting it in the sink. He walks back into the other's room.
Austria
was
just walking out of the room when he spots him coming back. "... I'm.. not kicking you out or anything, but... were you leaving?"
shakes his head. "No, just putting the glass in the sink. Do you mind, if I stay for the night?"

bites his bottom lip. "... Am I going to have to be constantly worried that you'll want to eat me in my sleep?"
frowns a bit. "I won't eat you...without your permission."
... wonders if that was supposed to make him feel better. He nods, slowly. "... I suppose you can have the couch."
Lukas
thinks
that it would, but either way, he wasn't going to eat him. "Ah, alright."
- "Would you like an extra blanket? Pillows?"
nods a little. "I guess..."
walks into the bedroom to fetch him a blanket and two pillows.
walks over to the couch, and plops down on it. He was a bit tired from walking around all day...
returns with the blanket and pillows and sets them down on top of the demon. "There you are."
-"Thank you." He finally takes his hat off, and sets it on the table nearby.
nods. "Goodnight, then." He smiles a little before heading off into his bedroom, shutting off the lights.
curls up under the blankets, wondering if the other saw his rabbit ears. "Goodnight."
hadn't really noticed. He closes his bedroom door before slipping into bed.
licks his lips a bit. The other's blood tasted really good...he drifts off into sleep with that last thought on his mind.
eventually falls asleep as well.
((The next morning?))

wakes up to some of the sunlight hitting his face. He groans and crawls back under the blankets.
Austria
was
already up and in the kitchen making some breakfast.
Lukas
is
usually a late riser, but the sun made him otherwise. He eventually gets up to the smell of food.

making french toast.
Lukas
has
never had that...he doesn't eat human food that much.
glances over at him and blinks. "Oh, sorry.. did I wake you?"
shakes his head. "No.." He stands up and walks over to the other man.
- "Would you like breakfast?"
shrugs. "Sure."
nods and goes to grab a plate for him.
walks closer to him, and wraps his arms around the other's chest again, his face leaning towards the man's neck.
tenses up before relaxing and setting the plate down. Fine. BT He tilts his head to one side in order to make it easier for him.
takes a few servings of his blood, a little more than before. He needed the energy, and this is now his new diet.
lightly grips the counter as he does so, biting his bottom lip. "Y-you seem hungry..." He breathed out.
lifts his head up, the other seemed to be in pain..."Ah..yes. I apologize."
- "It's alright. It just felt like you took more than yesterday..."
shrugs a little, licking the wound. "I can't help it. Your blood tastes pretty good."
shudders a little. He felt a bit weak now. "... Thank you?"
smiles a bit, finally pulling away. "You could take that as a compliment... Did I take too much?"
smiles a little. "It's fine, I think. My head just feels a tad fuzzy."
nods. "Ah...I won't take anymore for a while then..."
- "... I don't mind."
arches a brow at that. "You sure? I might end up killing you."
- "Well, just don't kill me." He smiles a little before setting some french toast on a plate.
nods, moving closer to him again. This time, he only took one mouthfull, thinking that it would be dangerous to take anymore.
gasps softly, having not expected the second bite. He almost drops the plate.
-"I'm sorry." He pulls away from him again, and walks toward the kitchen table.
stands there a moment, idly rubbing his neck, shaking his head. "N-no, it's fine.." He walks to the table with his breakfast, feeling-

hums a little, sitting down at the table. He was finally full. "Alright.."
sips from his coffee. "So... I don't believe I caught your name."
tilts his head a little. "Oh, I'm Lukas. And yourself...?"
- "Roderich."
nods. "Ah. Nice to know your name."
- "I suppose demons bite first and ask questions later?"
chuckles a bit at that. "I apologize. Food was the only thing on my mind at the time...."
- "So it would seem." He smiles a little.
smiles and nods. "So, your plans for today?"
