she (board member) showed up...apologizing for being very late (she came by foot from campus and mis-judged the amount of walk time).

we ended up having an extended meeting due to the insane weather we witnessed. at one point, we couldn't see across the street the rain..

combined with the wind was so crazy.

By the way...kudos to The Purple Onion...nicely priced menu and food was excellent.
