come along. He sees the girl and notices she is asleep. He looks at some of her drawings.

had drawn a whale and a house and all of her friends and family.

trying to figure who is who in her drawing. He knows there is a whale and house. He picks up the drawing and looks at it some more.

drew him in there too, somewhere off to the left.

spots himself in the drawing. He glances at the sleeping girl thinking she really didn't have to. It seems this is a big deal for him.

wanted to try and draw everyone she knew, the paper was too small for some people though. She still got him in though.

sets the drawing back down, still a bit surprised she remembered him enough for a drawing.

stirs awake and is surprised to find him there.

maybe this is strangely awkward but for her. He lifts a hand to wave at her. "Hey."

"Oh! Hello!" She says rubbing her eyes and smiling.

let her get completely awake before saying, "That's is a nice drawing you have there."

looks down at her drawing. "oh yeah! I forgot I was doing that."

not sure if he should sit on one of the small chairs. "Are you going to continue drawing?"

shrugs her shouldn't. "Maybe I shouldn't..since it made me sleepy."

nods once. "But really I thought you were just tired."

giggles." Maybe I was. I don't remember."

nods slowly. "You know you don't seem surprised I am here."

tilts her head. "Should I be?"

"Well..." He was in her house not really invited. "Maybe it is best that you aren't."

giggles and nods. "Alrighty then."

reaches out to pat her head but instead he straightens the hat on her head.

looks up at him with an expression in thanks.

can now pat her head. "So if you are not drawing what will you do now?"

chews on her lip thinking. "I want to go play outside."

nods once and holds out his hand towards her. "And am I allowed to go along with you?"

takes his hand happily. 'Of course!"

help her up then. "What game shall we be playing?"

stands. "I want to jump rope."

nods once. "So I should assume you have a jump rope."

nods as well. "Mhmm!"

"Go get it, I'll wait for you outside."

scampers off to get her jump rope from her room.

goes outside to wait for Wendy.

retrieves her toy before running outside.

out there and waves at her when she comes out.

walks over to him and tries to hand him one of the jump rope handles.

his hand out to take it. "Will we both be jumping?"

"We can take turns!" She reasons while tying the other end of the rope around a tree.

knows that makes more sense. "Okay." He will wait for her to be ready.

moves to the center of the rope and starts jumping.

swing the rope trying to time with her jumping.

happily jumps over the rope when he comes down /

already swinging the rope around and it is up then coming back down.

keeps jumping for awhile before he stops and points to him. "Your turn!"

"Oh, okay." He holds out the handle for her to take.

takes the handle and waits for him to get in the middle before she starts swining the rope s well.

gets in the middle and when the rope comes down he jumps over it. Success.

beams happily and keeps swinging the rope.

continue jumping over that rope. He is not too bad at this it seems.

"Your really good at this." She says marveling.

"You think so?" Though he is feeling he should be tripping some time soon. That is how things work out.

"I do!" She says excitedly.

still surprised he has not tripped. "Maybe I am just lucky today?"

"Are you always this lucky then?" She asks with a giggle.

"Maybe I just didn't think it applied to jumping rope." He continues jumping.

giggles at that and keeps spinning the rope.
