probably not, too many 'slackers' are getting out of it already. They need to inconvenience people that reallywork

My attorney friend thinks its fine & will write a letter if not. I think I'm going to plead exempt. If I get picked, who watches the kid?

Besides, I was just in court last month for a subpoena!

I think that they will let you out of it. Especially if you bring your child, :-)

They don't know if I work part time/full time/from home etc. And if it went late, there is no one to keep Karys but me. With Tim gone anyway

I'm amazed that I have NEVER been called for jury duty. EVER. And I am not a convict or anything, I promise. :-)

Nor I until I received a subpoena last month to testify in a child custody case. Wonder if that had anything to do with it!
