if just going more organic would help.
Possibly, but I've heard about GREAT results, especially with asthma, about dairy/grain/legume free eating.
we are actually testing our little guy with a food challenge at the doctor's office, to see if he can start trying some processed dairy.
our allergist is saying that he may outgrow the allergy if his body can start tolerating it in baked goods and such - building his immunity.
I'm all for trying dairy free and gluten free, but per our doctor, he thinks some people do better on those diets because...
they concentrate more on the healthier options when dairy and gluten is cut out. I'm just sharing one opinion I got.
I actually considered trying to go dairy free again, about two years ago - so that is why I'm sharing.
Yep, I totally agree with the focusing on healthier foods. I think that the less that Kitten eats, the more she eats of veg/fruit/meat/ect.
