Couldn't agree more. For 21 years of living in Davao, I saw how my hometown progressed over the reign of the Dutertes. Heck! We don't even

mind if they call it "hierarchal dynasty" or what since we could witness how they lead without strings attached. I could say that practice

*they practice discipline and order to an extent and wouldn't care whoever/whatever you are if caught lambasting their practice
