Maybe, if you can get henna dark enough, you could try that? It shows up best on hands and feet, whereas paint will rub off.

Er, we had to do body-painting once when we were doing Ulquiorra, but...I think the best solution we came up with was to take a skin-colored
pantyhose and paint the paintings on it. owo
other than that you have grease-based and water-based make-up. We were told that grease-based make-up was better for body-painting.
But you sweat like shit under it, so you have to fix it with something. We used hairspray-
What worked surprisingly well were water colors.

Someone say body paint? /Knows about this now pfff. I had to use it on my arms too, but I used some face makeup and it stayed prefectly
Basically you need Ben Nye on the face, translucent powder, and makeup sealer. Then you are good to go.
