很前衛因為通常白醬不會加酸的東西啊, 因為有鮮奶油的關係加酸會固化跑出一顆一顆的白色小乳球. 但是也不是沒有這樣做啦比如說番茄奶醬其實也是有點酸. 煮菜本來就不用一定要多正統, 畢竟都全球化了誰說牛肉麵不能加鮮奶油對吧(隨口說說但怎麼忽然想試試看)
