Oh no!

I have achilles tendonitis--basically several small tears in my achilles. This was **not** caused by cycling--rather, it's an injury I've

been nursing for the past 10 weeks, until school was out & I could get in to see the Dr. I have to ice 3X a day, take ibuprophen 4X a day,

wear the boot for the next 5 1/2 weeks. I'm hoping I'll heal; if I don't, I'll be in a cast.
