Since the grandkids have taken over, I have given up my office (it's now a toyroom) so I'll make an officespace in the garage!

What's in store for school this year?

Still trying to figure that out. My plan is to go to PCC and then transfer to PSU but now my problem is if I should move since I work here

in Gresham, and live here, and campus is in Portland.

PDX is where it's at! maybe someplace close commute wise and cheep?

Yea I'm looking, but there all like $700 just for 1 bedroom and that's like a little more than what I make in one paycheck. = /

can u post for roomate on PSU /PCC bulletin board? or find a like minded friend?

A few years ago when I looked there were quite a few rent controlled apartments, like the Lovejoy ones.. they were government sponsored..

yeah, that is true and financial aid covers it.

or it should anyways.. when I applied for 2/3 times as PSU, they awarded some ridiculous amount of money..

and even when they dropped me to 1/2 time, the amount was still huge..

however, my status is a little different for financial aid....

Well I have a few friends also going to PCC but one isn't planning on staying in Oregon long, he plans to move to Seattle, and my other

friend says she doesn't do well w/ roommates. Or maybe that was just in Hawaii w/ the people she didn't know. So I'll ask her again. lol
