walking around silently squeeing at the plushies when he sees Taiwan. He flinches and immediately hides behind the nearest shelf.
blinks and looks around, a Shinatty lunch set and a My Melody one in her hands. "Huh? Who's here?"
could not let Taiwan see him. Imagine what he would have to put up with!
Mei
is
a plucky girl detective, tho! She purses her lips and keeps looking around, may or may not be close to your hiding spot...
presses closer to the shelf, trying to make himself even less visible. Although he's probably failing at this.

is
more determined to find whoever's hiding!
and then she sees a pair of feet sticking out of the shelf, or something. "You're not pranking me, Hong Kong, are you?"
supposes that she has already found him and sighs. "No, Mei, it's me, aru..."
lets out a childish pout when he does. "You're awfully easy to predict, *laoshi*."
"Don't tell the others, okay, aru? I'm supposed to be the mature, older brother!" He says this while holding a cute kitty plush.
rolls her eyes and pokes his nose like she'd to to a child. "But we all know that already... what would be the point, huh?"
blinks. "Wait..you do?" He blushes from embarassment. "Aiyaaa! How do you guys know, aru?!"
shakes her head. "Laoshi, don't you chase after Shinatty and all? I remember that all too well!"
China
thinks
for a bit and he did remember it now. He was now even more embarassed.
kinda recalls the stories about the time when China met giraffes and all. "We all know at this rate, period. Hiding it is useless!"
sighs, slumping in defeat. He decided to just look at the things Meifen had instead. "What do you have there?"
grins (BINGO!), but decides to be a little more lenient for now and lifts up her lunch sets. "Aren't they cute?"
China
thinks
'yes, they are cute' but decided not to say. "Do you really need those?" he said instead.
looks at him and half-pouts, half-growls. "Do *you* need Shinatty merch stuff, laoshi?"
pouts. "Of course! Having a hobby is important!" He now realizes the hypocrisy but refuses to back down.
